Composition of the Board:

The Board of Directors consists of ten persons.

Four are nominated by the MPO subject to the following -

• two persons are milk producers or employed by milk producers; and
• one is a person who does not have a business interest in either a milk producer or milk processor; and
• one is a person from another key stakeholder of the dairy industry.

Four are nominated by SAMPRO subject to the following -

• two persons are milk processors or employed by milk processors; and
• one is a person who does not have a business interest in either a milk producer or milk processor; and
• one is a person from another key stakeholder of the dairy industry.

One is an independent expert.

One is an independent non-executive Chairperson.
